Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HOUND ARCHIVES™ tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Archive

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
